How early should I arrive for a show? You should aim to arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes before the performance is due to begin. This will give you enough time to go through security, find your seats and grab a drink before the show begins. The box office and lounge are open one hour before showtime.
Is there a dress code? There is no official dress code for patrons at Axiom. Our patrons' dress ranges from casual to business wear to cocktail attire, depending on the occasion. We offer a selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and a special cocktail for each show, non-alcoholic beverages, and light snacks including nuts, chips, cookies, and our signature cupcakes. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater unless prior arrangements have been made with the Head of House or Lounge manager.
Do you allow entry after the performance has begun? Latecomers are seated based on the specifics of each particular show and, occasionally, late seating is entirely prohibited based on the nature of the performance or at the discretion of the show producer. Generally, our usher staff works to assist with late seating at appropriate intervals in the show so as not to disturb the performers or other patrons. We ask our patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts to assist us in starting the show on time. We will not delay the start of the show for latecomers.
Where do I park? Axiom does not own or operate its own parking lot – all parking is public and shared with other businesses in the complex. We ask that while neighboring businesses are open that patrons refrain from parking in their parking area. Please observe and follow parking signs to assure that your vehicle is parked in the appropriate areas. Please be aware that Axiom, other businesses, and/or the owners of the building will not assume any liability for loss or theft of belongings inside a vehicle or for any damage or theft of patron vehicles.
What are your security procedures? The safety of our guests, visiting artists, and staff is a top priority and event security is handled on a per-event basis. At this time, we do not allow large bags (backpacks, oversized totes, luggage, etc) in the auditorium and ask that patrons refrain from bringing them to the venue. Random bag checks may be performed at the discretion of management. Materials such as props, beverages, cigarettes, or e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the theatre. Patrons are allowed to smoke in our outdoor courtyard adjacent to the lounge.
